Join our Team!

At Boutique Hotel Bougainvillea and Restaurant Flora, we’re growing a little more every day. And we love doing that together. That’s why we’re looking for new team members who want to help us grow and who enjoy building a place where guests truly feel at home.

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic new team members:

• Bartender (approx. 30 hours per week)
• Part‑time Waitstaff for evening shifts (hours in consultation)
• Chef de Partie, full‑time (approx. 40 hours per week)

We also love welcoming interns who are looking for a fun, hands‑on and truly educational internship experience. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy working in a small and friendly team, and want to grow your hospitality skills on beautiful Bonaire, feel free to reach out.
