What time is check-in?

Check-in is available between 03:00 PM and 11:00 PM from Friday till Tuesday. On Wednesday and Thursday our check-in is available between 03:00 PM and 05:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later than 05:00 PM, please let us know, so we can look for the best solution to give you a warm welcome!
What time is check-out?

Check-out is between 08:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Can I check-out earlier?

Yes, a early check-out is possible. Please let us know in advance, so we can arrange everything the day before.
Is a late check-out available?

Yes, a late check-out is possible depending on availability. For costs and availability, please contact the reception.
Do you have a luggage room?

Yes, guests of Boutique Hotel Bougainvillea can leave their belongings in our luggage room free of charge before check-in or after check-out. This room is available on Friday - Tuesday from 08:00 AM untill 11:00 PM, and on Wednesday and Thursday from 08:00 AM untill 05:00 PM.
Is there a shower room available after check-out?

Yes, we have a shower room. This service is available for $20.
Do I need a rental car during my stay on Bonaire?

We highly recommend renting a car to make the most out of your stay on Bonaire. It gives you the freedom to explore the island's beaches, dive sites and restaurants at your own pace. We are happy to assist with arranging a rental car through our trusted local partners.
Can I easily enter the sea from the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has a private beach where you can easily enter the Caribbean Sea. In front of the hotel is a lot of sand, which makes it even more easier. There also is a lot to explore under water. We even have an house turtle named Fred!
Is an extra bed possible?

No, due to room layout and safety regulations, extra beds cannot be added.
Do I need to pay tourist tax to enter Bonaire?

Yes, all visitors traveling to Bonaire must pay the official Visitor Entry Tax of $75 per person. This can be paid online one week before arrival via the official goverment website: www.tourismtax.bonairegov.com

After payment, you will receive a QR-code that must be presented upon arrival at Bonaire Flamingo Airport.
What is the currency on Bonaire?

The official currency on Bonaire is the US Dollar (USD).
What payment methods are accepted on the resort?

Almost all credit cards are accepted at our resort, with the exception of American Express and Discover. Please also note that we are a cashless hotel, which means we do not accept cash payments for any hotel services.
Is there an airport transfer available?

Yes, we offer private airport transfers upon request. Our chauffeur will meet you at the airport and bring you directly to the hotel. The cost is $20 per transfer. Please note that a night rate of $30 applies for transfers between 11:00 PM and 07:00 AM.

Kindly note that transfers can be reserved up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
